Refer-a-Friend Terms
Who Can Refer. Referrers must have an account in good standing. Self-referrals are prohibited. Referrals must be new customers with unique emails, devices, and payment methods.
How It Works. Share your unique referral link. When your friend makes their first qualifying purchase using your link, and the return window passes (typically 14 days after delivery), you’ll receive the posted referral reward (e.g., coupon or points). Your friend may receive an intro discount as advertised.
Qualifying Purchase. Minimum order values exclude taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, and gift cards. Canceled or refunded orders are ineligible. We reserve the right to refuse credit where we detect fraud, coupon stacking beyond program rules, or policy abuse.
Limits. We may cap the number of rewards per referrer per month or year. Referral rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may include blackout categories.
Program Changes. We may change or discontinue the referral program at any time with or without notice; rewards not yet earned may be forfeited upon program termination.
